    I'm not going to look at your screen shot and manually go 'to-and-fro' typing in the URL to check it.....
    If you'd pasted the actual text URL more people would try and help you out.

    You titled the thread "Problem with youtube-dl..." but your picture shows that you are trying to use Livestreamer.

    Livestreamer no longer works correctly with YouTube and is no longer being updated. Try Streamlink, which works like Livestreamer, or Youtube-dl.
