Using XMedia Recode 3.4.3.0 it is not clear to me how to change the video resolution. For example if I want to change 1280x674 to 1024x576 I enter 576 into the resolution height box under the Filters/Preview tab with Keep aspect ratio enabled. I am confused by the box below still showing 1280x674. The displayed picture resolution does in fact change. What will the output resolution be in this case?
I have run a sample file and the resolution did not change. What am I missing? I have not been able to find any detailed instructions anywhere.
    Thanks for any help.

I think the box below is so you can set it quickly back to the original size.

The resize method is to first select the "keep aspect ratio" box
then to the right of the height/width probably best to choose mod 4.
Change either the height or width and the other will change to maintain A/R

I tried it and it works using the portable version of the software. Interesting program
