About Japan-made IODATA and canonpus support PAL system problem. Hello everyone, I want to buy a Japanese-made IODATA or canopus capture card, but I don't see whether the PAL format is supported on the Internet. This is probably the biggest difficulty of the PAL format VHS tape. There are no friends who know how to use these Japanese capture cards and thank Japanese friends for their answers.

Do ALL capture cards do both PAL and NTSC? - probably not.
Can MOST capture devices be set up to capture both PAL and NTSC? - Yes.
A PAL VHS tape in a PAL VHS machine is never a problem with my Hauppauge USB Live|2 capture device.

Ok. I intend to buy a PAL digital camera or professional camera for 1394, but they may be produced a decade ago. Will there be compatibility issues with win7 64? I want to buy a good DV, Sony DCR(PAL) Which machine is better with CCD V series? Or Panasonic's GS320?
