  1. Hi

    I need some help.
    When i convert a divx to vcd, the mpeg movie not work in my dvd stand alone player but on my computer.

    I remark that at the bottom of the Tmpgenc window, the settings is : Mpeg 1, 352x240, 44100 Htz.......but not Video CD Mpeg 1.......

    Someone can help me????

  2. Hey Bud I'm not going to be able to answere your question but I have one for you. Is there a web site with directions on how to convert divix to avi or mpeg. I have a few divix movies and I would like to convert them and not have to buy them on dvd. Thanx alot Jake_

  3. I'm not to up to speed on eveything but is your stand alone dvd player capable of playing vcd's?

    Your problem might be that you are not using a VCD template for TMPEnc. Load one, they should be included with your program.

    Also make sure you are using the right format (NTSC/PAL) and if you're using NTSC make sure the frame rate is appropriate (24 or 30 depending on the source framerate).

    And yes, my stand alone dvd player can read VCDs!!!

    Greedo, have you got an example for the TMPEnc Template, which one is the best???? Concerning the frame rate, i'm using the right format (i think so) 29.97 for NTSC but it doesn't work......
