    When I add a job in MeGUI I sometimes see the "updater" popup even though I've unticked "Autoupdate" in the settings. Is there any way to stop the updater from popping up?

    Options > Settings > Extra Configuration > Auto Update: [_] UseAutoUpdate

    is not sufficient? Then maybe set it up to "Use custom update server" and leave it blank?

    I already said I unticked that and it still downloads updates.

    Read again, I updated after accidently posting too early.

    And it sounds like a bug you should report to Zathor, IMHO.
