Can you please help me identify the Dailymotion video link for the video on the below page?

The video looks very much like a video from Dailymotion.

Otherwise, kindly advise me how I can download this video.

Youtube-dl can download the video:

You can get the m3u8 url from a web browser's Developer Tools (press F12), on the Network tab.

You can just do:

I had to use a VPN in India to get the URL. But once I had the URL I was able to download the video without the VPN.
