Help needed to download video and subtitles

I'm trying to download this video with the subtitles. Have tried a lot of download tools but can't get it to work

All i can tell you is there seems to be lots. of m4f file segments. I don't know how to download /join. If you copy the url of one and go to the url is says video format or MIME type is not supported .Here is one https://tg4bcbolt-a.akamaihd.net/media/v1/dash/live/cenc/1555966122001/4262ba88-2923-4...x/segment6.m4f

Thanks..what way did you have the audio set? Can’t seem to get it to work as clear as yours, do you have it plugged into something so it’s just taking audio and not all other sounds.
