I failed to download a CC subtitle.
This is the website url: https://www.smithsonianchannel.com/videos/new-york-city-24/57004.
I get a vtt file address from the source code of this page.
https://static.smithsonianchannel.com/sc_assets/xml/cc/701_1_3437408_ful01.vtt.
I access to this address, get "404 not found" result.
How can I get the subtitle? or it's forbidden to download subtitle from this website? I need someone's instruction.

It looks like they just forgot to include the file. (If you watch the video on the webpage and turn on the captions, nothing shows up.)
There's a link at the bottom of the page where people can comment on the closed captioning (or lack of). Just report to them that the captions on the page aren't working, and check the page again in a few days.
