    nevermind...after alot of thought and trying things over and over again i figured out that pulldown.exe is a drag and drop application. drag the .mpv to the pulldown.exe....very simple but not if you don't know that's what you are suppose to do.

    Actually, it's a command line application - whenever you click on something and the dos window opens and closes quickly, the thing to do is to run the command line and execute the program from the command line.

    Never tried drag and drop myself.
