Pioneer BDP-180, New Help Request

OK... after beating a dead horse to death over the past week... I can get to the "Initial Setup" - "Factory Page"... haha 8520...



But, I can't go any further... I cannot gain access to this page... I cannot enter into this page... I cannot change any of the settings...

So, if anyone has the 'insider information'... that can tell me what I need to do to change DVD region to 0.... this is all I need to do...

I am American and retired I Thailand.. and brought with me my entire DVD collection (287 DVD's), purchased the Pioneer BDP-180... and sure Cannot play any of my movies - completely bummed out
