I'm editing a video that needs to have sensitive info obscured. The screen recording has scrolling content and the info to be obscured is constantly moving. Any easy fixes? Using Camtasia 9. Thanks in advance!

I don't know Camtasia, but the general idea is to place an overlay over the area to be hidden. Animate the overlay position with timeline keyframes.

Camtasia is a screen capture app. I agree with raffriff42 that keyframes are the simple way to do what you want, and I have done such things using keyframes. My NLE (Vegas Pro) has this feature.
For really precise work, you should look for an app that has "motion tracking." That is the name of the feature you should Google to find the program that will work for you. I'm not at my main computer now where I have the information on the name of the program I'd recommend (I have had it for several years, but don't use it). It was a very high end program that included motion tracking but, for some reason, was put out as freeware when the company that built it went off in other directions. It is difficult to learn, but lets you do really nifty things, like seamlessly replace the advertising on the side of a bus as it drives in front of the camera.
