How to download multiple mp4 videos associated with dash mpd m3u8?

Hello, I already looked at different threads and used youtube-dl , IDM, Video DownloadHelper and other browser plugins, but none of them work
the site uses this type of player castlabs.com/products/prestoplay-browser/
and even when using the tools listed above for the sample video demo.castlabs.com, it does not work.
The downloaded mp4s do not play, no video, no sound, in the page's code there are two links mpd m3u8 ref.. but don't know what to do with that.

when I try to play the .mp4 video with smplayer I get the following errors:

Videos on the site use the following format based on Video DownloadHelper:

is there a way to download the complete mp4 video? I got the same result when trying to download from the sample site and it does not work.

So if they mean what they say, you may even download those files, but you won't be able to view such videos without their proprietary player.
