  2. The best process I know for that is by trial and error, start with simple things, buy a book that teach you about photography, understand lenses, angles, apertures, etc. Get inspired by others people work.

Read books about cinema, animation, Photoshop, watch tutorials over the internet, youtube, etc.

Tools I use, Gimp, Davinci Resolve, Fusion 9, RawTherapee, Inkscape, Natron, Hitfilm, Blender, Avisynth and Virtualdub.

This tools can get you in the right direction and keep you busy to do much more than the video you posted.
The best way to get inside this business is to practice and read, when you done practicing and reading, you do some more practice and reading over and over again. When you feel you are ready start posting your work over the internet.

PS: There is NO EASY TOOLS or EASY RIDE!

But this is a field which is seen by all over the world. So i am developing a passion to wards learning this tools

Why don't you two just stand up and yell over the cubicle wall to each other?

Ansel Adams wrote that the most useful photography tool he ever used was a piece of cardboard cut like a frame, painted black, and in the same aspect ratio as his negatives. It helped him see. No eye = no good.

To rip off Apple: "just do it."

That's how I learned. I just started creating video projects. My first one was a ten second clip of my wife reading to my daughter when she was young. I did it using the wonderful neophyte editing software, Pinnacle Studio. This software is still being sold and is a great program to use when you are just starting out. I then graduated to VideoFactory (now called Movie Studio), the little brother of Vegas, and then eventually bought Vegas Pro, which is what I've been using for the past fourteen years. I now do video restoration, event videography, and have posted over 10,000 times in various video editing forums. No one taught me, and I didn't read any books. I just did it, and when I got stumped, I asked questions here, in the Vegas forum, and in doom9.org.
