How to run a stream that works with Referer in VLC?

If i open the stream site, i can watch:
http://reshet.tv/live
But if i go through the stream url:
http://besttv10.aoslive.it.best-tv.com/reshet/studio/index_2.m3u8

I receive a error 401, the request is not accepted.

A week ago the broadcast was available without the need to enter the site.

If sending with a referral it works:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:51.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/51.0
Referer: http://reshet.tv/live/

Is it possible to play the broadcast along with the referer in VLC player? (or any other player)

It is working with :

but not with livestream ( instead of streamlink ) .
