  1. InfraRecorder is able to close/unclose the last session, even from CDDA-RW, not only dataCD-RW.
Unfortunately, literally adding/removing tracks is not implemented yet.

But is it possible to add a second session with a normal CDDA track? This will not be found by CD players, because they only know the TOC of Session 01.

However, this is meant to be a hidden easter egg. So what is a way to add an ordinary audio track but in the ≥second session of the disc?

It may be possible to get a bit of software to add CD Audio tracks to a > 1st session, but even if you succeed, which I doubt, you will have orphaned that track.

You see, the RedBook (CDDA) spec never gave forethought to the idea of audio tracks being on anything but the 1st session, because in those days everything had to be done in one session. It wasn't until the OrangeBook and the XA specs were created that there was a compliant & coordinated procedure for using burned media and for using multiple sessions (wasn't in the original YellowBook, either).

So, all hardware players would look at beginning TOC, see it was CDDA, expect to read/play only tracks of single/1st session. Done.
Software player apps may be able to SEE there is a track there (in the >1st session), but likely because they ought to have been designed according to RedBook spec, they may not be able to play it.
    Nor should they need to!
If you have material in a 2nd+ session, it would make far more sense to follow the rules and keep the audio as a WAV/MP3/AAC whatever and have that session's track be a standard ISO9660 filesystem, since that's what PCs would be expecting. That's what an "Enhanced CD" (equiv. to BlueBook, though not exactly) basically is.

But that's only an easteregg for pc users. If you really want an easteregg for hardware players, create a cuesheet with 1st audio track having an extended pregap, so the hidden track can only be accessed by going to 1st track, hitting PLAY and then hitting/holding REWIND (not skipping). Btw, you must also prep the "1st track's" audioclip to hold both the normal 1st track (post index 1) and easteregg audio (index 0).
