I have been trying to add effects to my editing, I wanted to create an animated reading text with the Premiere but couldn't add any effect.
Although I just installed the Pro I have been unable to use it effectively. What areas have I not properly? Or is my software not up to date to
carry out certain tasks. Please someone should advice me.
