you can assume that I have NONE knowledge in video editing
However, I really need to add some Hard subtitle to a video. for convenience.
Soft sub may sometimes have problems on different platforms,
that's why I need hard sub to be universal.

I'm not a pro myself –*but Handbrake comes to mind. There's a button “Add external SRT” so just add the subtitles, specify the source of the movie and where you want to save it.
I heard Pavtube does the trick too, but it's paid and I never really tried it myself.Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.
