    Hello.

I use an old card and software to digitize vhs tapes - Winfast PVR 2000. Which is still quite ok I guess, by means that the mpg files are correct and qualitative (as qualitative as vhs rip can be).

However, when I try to improve a bit the original mpg capture in Sony Vegas 14, the resulting m2t file has the audio out of sync (the beginning is ok but gets worse until the end).
Here are the orginal file and the improved file properties:

Also here are the video files:

    original vhs capture (mpeg):

    enhanced file with audio issue:

Is there anything I can do to avoid this?

    Many thanks!

    Hi,
better is post Text format of mediainfo of source and "improved" file. But it is obvious, that improved is 4secs shorter. Probably something with VFR?
Don't know if Vegas has such feature, that's why mediainfo report is much better.

Ignore those 4 seconds, when improving I deleted unwanted vhs content from the beginning and the end.

    Thanks

Unfortunately this is not text form... In view choose Text, it is important, this view isn't much informative.

Since original video is in sync, I don't know why exported video is out of sync. It is usually when you capture video, there are some frames skipped, but your video source is o.k. I haven't a Vegas, so don't know how it handle audio. But probably during rendering some frames was skipped for me for unknown reason. If I get it right video is before audio at the end, it means there are less videoframes frames... But probably I made fool from myself...
Sorry probably some Vegas users helps you.

Thanks, Bernix! Yes, Vegas could be the issue, because it seems that the video is out of sync even immediately after importing it in Vegas, when previewing it.
