TV/DVD multi region help

Hi, newbie here. Apologies if this is posted in the wrong section...unsure where to post.

We have just bought a JVC smart TV with built in DVD player but can only play region 2 DVD's on it. I've managed to change previous DVD players to multi region from help via the internet but I'm having difficulty finding help with our TV/DVD combi.
Can anyone please help with how to do this if it is possible.
The model is LT-32C675

as far as i know, there's never been any hacks for tv/dvd combo players.
