  1. Hi everybody

    I have a PIONEER DVD-ROM (106s)

when I put any 9 gigs-none copyright protected into DVD-ROM it doesn't play with PowerDVD 4.0 and even the VIDEO_TS Folder is empty and SMART RIPPER and any other Ripper couldn't detect DVD but only DVD SPEED RIPPER (1.10) , I've tried all the Operation systems like Windows 98 or XP or 2000 except XP that only show VOB and IFO files with only zero kilo byte capacity and it doesn't playing PLUS MS-DOS , the only way is that I have to Uninstall Powerdvd 4 and install the three version again to watch my DVD

what I have to do ? does anybody have the same problem ? or the solution ? I've tried to install ASPI 4.6 and 4.7 but it doesn't proove it

    Please HELP me

  2. Which movie is that ? i've got a Pioneer 106 myself, so i can test it on my PC.
Make sure you still have v4.60 of the ASPI, and also latest IDE drivers for the PC, and enable DMA on your DVD.

  4. Your DVD is the faster one and must be the first on the IDE chain (the Pioneer is the only DVD drive that has UltraDMA 66) and your CDRW is the slower one with UDMA33.
