    ok i have a problem i just got alot of stuff from a friend of mine but they are all rm files but i want them in avi format. another problem i have is in realplayer the movies play kinda laggy they play at 79.4 kbps when or after converting is there a way to make the movie play smooth and not laggy?

    To convert your rm files to avi/mpg, I recommend using EO Video.

    About the lagging....see if it still does it as a avi.mpg file. If it does then the original source was encoded incorrectly.
