Hi everyone,
I'm trying to record my PS2 footages using Panasonic DMR-EX77 (DVD Recorder) to Elgato HD60. It is possible to record footage to a DVDR or the internal HD of the DVD recorder, but these method cant be used as for live streaming.![]()
So I wanted to know how could I bypass the DMR-EX77's HDCP ? I saw that it is possible using HDMI splitters but I don't know which model would work with the specific DMR-EX77 HDMI output.
Anyone have an idea / already bypass this problem ?
Thanks a lot !![]()

When recording on the DVDR, to achieve pass-through, you must be doing a timer recording.
you have to use the 'pass-through' capability of the EX77 ... and that is not available in the power saving mode ... which you probably accepted at installation.
Goto Functions / To others / Setup / others / Power save
....and set this to OFF.
