I saw this banner ad on videohelp called "play on" that records netflix.
Links:

Now, I thought it was against forum rules to discuss recording pay view (like Netflix).
So how can there be this banner ad on videohelp?
Am I allowed to discuss the details of recording netflix?
If I am allowed, I certainly have a lot of questions.

Well I guess the site can not control the content of banner ads - the one I see is from Amazon
But I equally guess that it can control posts which flout the forum rules. (Just consider yourself fortunate if it is only the links that are removed)
