weird problem with hauppauge colossus computer hibernate win 10

i have a very rare problem, that happen two weeks ago i dont see any different thing, i connected colossus to two different pci express and i get same result also i have two colossus and i try each same result.

computer still on, but screen show me going to power saving mode before go off, it cant be turn on with mouse or keyboard , i have other windows on my computer , 7 and 8.1 same thing.
