Good luck on downloading that video. I tried the softwares that I typically use and had no luck. Do you want me to screencapture the video in good resolution and upload to you?
It won't be digital clarity, but it will be pretty good. I use this free capture software called Debut.

On Windows 8, I downloaded the video with Tubedigger (version td6131wj), Chromium 3 setting, available from Tubedigger support.

I do this:
I start the program
I copy / paste the link (https://vlaamse.tv/series/iedereen-beroemd/seizoen-2018/aflevering-115) for example
I click on settings - Browser (Chronium 3 No Flash)
I click OK
I click on Go to entered page
I play the video

Then I don't know what to do next!

Can you help me?
