Playing only the Subtitle Grid from start till end

Dear Friends,
first of all happy new year for all of us, may we have a beautiful year!

second, i want to to hear only the parts of the movie where there is conversation (subtitles).
so lets say the movie is 1:30 hours, out of which the actors talk only 20 minutes, so i want to hear only these 20 minutes.
is there an option where the program goes continuously from one subtitle to the next without stooping?

in other words (see attachment) can the cursor move down the Subtitle Grid from the starting point down until the end without stopping but only playing the parts where there is conversations?
