Downloading Video From Discovery Sites

I Used to be able to do it with Internet Download Manager but now when i try There's a Message that says it cant download Copyrighted Steams. is there anything else that will do it? Some Examples :

Those videos are easy to download with Tubedigger ($15). There are various resolutions available. I chose mid level resolution.

Thanks for the reply.That seems to work but the trial doesn't download the whole thing , only %50. at the moment im not able to install it in a home computer so it wouldn't make sense to buy it right now. I'm wondering if there is there is somthing else like freeware or trialware that will download the whole video?
