how to obtain the url from manifest.mpd

on the inspect/network/media I found this

instead of the .mp4 .... what should I do to obtain the .mp4 and download the video on the highest resolution? Please advise thank you..

This video has only one resolution:

My version of youtube-dl (version 2017.7.30.1) would not download using the code that sysanin used in his screenshot. Furthermore, I suspect that his video download would not have the sound.
I first had to use the -F command to get available resolutions. See below screenshot white lines. I downloaded the video with the code:

youtube-dl -f mp4 https://cloud-a18202-80-230.streamplay.to/dash/h75fuxcvexekalhulnidcpexbjcgdvmbvahwwjgjrzjekfsfqojsh22tv2sq/manifest.mpd

However, there was no sound. Looking at the screenshot, I see that I had to download the audio separately and then mux together.
