    Can it work on all disc sizes e.g. 25, 50, 100, 128GBs?

    Disc size should not matter, but be mindful of reduced, more constrained bitrate due being shoehorned to following an earlier spec. This will affect disc usage.
    Revise that - disc size might be constrained to BD sizes (likely depends on how strictly player interprets spec).
