  1. Here is the scenario, I'm working on cleaning up my DVD collection of the Naruto series to store on my computer. The video runs at 29.97 FPS.

    Frame issues are as follows:

    A, B, C, X, X, D, E, F, X, X,... and this continues on throughout every set of five frames where X is a frame with interlacing issues.

When going frame by frame in the DVD, the frames are as follows:

    A, A, B, B, B, C, C, D, D, D,...

The duplicate frames I've noticed when skimming through the DVD through me off at first, but I figured since it's anime and not film, it's not an issue.

I know basic avisynth scripting, and after much googling, I've come to ask help here at this forum.

Here is an example of the video (50 frames / 435 KB): https://mega.nz/#!xsgTTLyS!VVU38XT8EfnJLq80_jv8qChORp7sOj1fmd8iRcoG31s

Thank you all for reading and any help you may have!
