Again, no bloat, no DirectShow decoder, only the VfW codec && the infamous xvid_encraw.
MAX_ZONES is set to 8192.
If you use Windows XP, right-clicking the .INF file should be sufficient.
If you have a 64-bit Windows, then run the .CMD file as administrator.
Unzip, unrar, profit.
