You should be able to remove any audio language you don't want with BDRebuilder, Cinavia usually doesn't kick in until about the 20 minute mark but I'm not sure about using any of the new players.

what is the movie doing, freezing up ??
if the movie stops then it may be a bad disc or a form of copy protection.
what is the name of the movie ??

what brand of blank discs are you using ??
you might also try this - start imgburn - click tools - settings - write - page1, and checkmark " perform OPC before write "
click ok and try burning your disc again

Did you delete the audio with BDRebuilder after you burn the disk or before? Try deleting the audio with the movie on your hard disk first, You could burn a disk with the audio then remove audio with BDRebuilder then burn it, Do all this with the movie on your hard disk, If it doesn't work then I would think the problem could be with BDRebuilder.

  14. i think i find the problem
the problem was because i choose output target 23GB like my BLURAY disc space

the movie is 31 GB and if i remove audio i will get 27GB = That u can NOT burn it on blu ray disc 25GB

Exactly, I'm surprised it would even let you burn it that way, The program you used to burn it should have popped up with a warning, Shrink movie down to a 25gb disk and you should be fine.

run the movie through a program like dvdfab which has the ability to shrink/compress the movie so it can be burnt
    to a 25 GB disc.

Better to use vidcoder to re-encode the movie, way better than dvdfab.

I always use BDRebuilder to shrink to a 25gb disk, I think it is the best and free but you can donate to the developer for all the hard work he does.

No it isn't, not for what you want to do, I would buy AnyDVD HD, It costs a little under $4 a month for a year subscription and I haven't had any problems with it, Copy movie to hard drive with it then run movie through BDRebuilder, Doesn't get any easier in my opinion.

I don't like BDRebuilder for the fact that it requires that you have ffdshow installed which i never use and don't need and i can encode all formats without the need of it.

I've been using MakeMKV to archive my BDs. Much better solution.
I'll re-encode with Hybrid once ripped.

I don't think it does, but you can always use TsMuxer to create a Bluray folder then burn it.
