Leawo Bluray Player problems

Hello.
i have found that this is a great player in that it removes the region from Blurays and you don't have to buy AnyDVD. DVDFab Passkey or anything.
But I have a couple of problems:

1) It is supposed to have a virtual remote control panel so that you can navigate in the menu, but this doesn't appear in every bluray.
I've tried with some DVDs and it appears there. I was sure I've tried it with a certain bluray and it appeared there too, but now it doesn't.

2) The playback isn't smooth. It skips frames. Not many, but it does.
If i rip the Bluray in my hard drive and play it again with this player, the playback is fine.
So, maybe it has to do with the region code?
eg it tries to decode while you playing the disc and affects a bit the playback?

I'd prefer if I didn't have to rip the blurays in my hard drive to watch them.
