Hi...this is the closest category I could find for this question.

I'm working in Premiere Pro and have succeeded in embedding caption files into an .mxf file but I don't have the option to embed metadata (only sidecar file). Any suggestions on user friendly (non-programmer) software that would allow me to modify/add custom metadata fields to an mxf file without touching the embedded captions?
