Blu ray player 3D support arabic encoding subtitle for USB Movies

Dear Friends,
I bought Sony Blu ray player BDP-S5500 and i am surprised that it hasn't CP1256 which not support Arabic subtitle for USB movies.

I contacted Sony customer service but i seems they have no solution and don't care about the problem.

So i am searching now for another player which has the same quality and features like 3D, WIFI, Mirroring and most recent features ( not 4K players ) but support CP1256 encode which support Arabic subtitle on USB External HDD.

Can anybody help for that?
