Need ffmpeg 2.2 shared version, cannot find

I have a project where specifically FFmpeg version 2.2 shared libraries are required. Other versions will not work.

I have been blocked at every turn, I cannot find this previous version to download anywhere.

Checked:

https://www.videohelp.com/software/ffmpeg/old-versions
Blocked, only static versions

https://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/win32/shared/
Blocked, no versions prior to 3.x

Anyone know where I can find this and not get hit with malware?

Need 32 bit, 64 would be good too if possible.
