ive converted a .avi to VCD but when i want to watch it the sound isnt on the correct place.

TMPGEnc but i think i choose the wrong framerate or somthing becuz the audio is too late

I would also go to audio-->full processing mode
file-->save wav
use this wave as the audio source
..or: use this wav in Besweet w/GUI(in tools section) as source to encode audio separately, encode video only in TMPG, and multiplex(file-->MPEG tools)
