Hey just wanted to ask where people are getting their music for their video's? I'm mostly producing for the youtube scene and online ads and a few tv spots every now and then and want to know where you all have been going to get some good stock music that's not going to drown out any dialogue and also looking for some upbeat music for b-roll sequences. Thanks in advance!
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

These are the free music sites I visit most often:http://soundimage.org [Eric Matyas]
...and sites I plan to explore someday:
http://incompetech.com/music [Kevin MacLeod]
http://dig.ccmixter.org/film [wide range of artists]https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music

Oh cool I'll have to check those out. I have been on the youtube music library and a lot of the music i like on there is already being used by everyone and their dog and i've heard it a thousand times. I'd really like to use something that not everybody else is using and bring some variety to the youtube scene. I did download a music package from this site https://rubyloops.com and i like that they separated each of the track parts into their own audio files, made it so i could customize the song and reuse it in different projects without it sounding exactly the same. Have you checked that one out yet?

Perhaps it will be good to ad such info to software list? Perhaps Admin(s) may think on this - there is few forum threads on this - people doing some hard work to create such open sites with backgrounds, music etc.

Hi, i am music composer and you can use hundreds of my tracks free of charge in your non profit productions. Go to Music Screen website and download royalty free music in high resolution, no limitation.. If you like the music please share[emoji2] and credit Music Screen in your description. Thank you

All of those places make me feel a little uncomfortable. Let me clarify what I'm referring to. First and foremost, as a video editor, I greatly admire the melodies you use as a font while, for example, showing a landscape in your travel video. Second, you can stream the music for as long as you want, but you will never be able to use it in your videos if you use this method of getting music. I'm using Depositphotos music for it. This stock is fantastic because the range of melodies available is incredible, and it's not like those demo stacks, if you know what I mean, it's high-quality songs.

For these purposes, I use special resources where I can take music or sounds that do not have licensing agreements. For example, at the moment, I use royalty free horror sound effects to insert into my YouTube videos. In fact, there are a lot of such resources on the Web.

Sometimes Youtube would still hit you with a copyright claim even if it's royality free but you just have to appeal each time that happens, There are leach companies that claim copyright to everything on youtube even if it's not their copyright hoping the member would give up and they claim the monetization. There is no rule to require those companies to provide proof of ownership or punish them if they falsly claim the copyrights that's why they are doing it. I get claims even on TV commercials I post, After 30 days of filing a claim the case is automatically dismissed since they claimer cannot procede further. It's annoying to a lot of youtube members and I though I just give you a heads up on what to do when that happens.
