Why MPC-HC displays "Avidemux muxed" resolution 720x576, and original video e "Toolnix muxed" resolution 787x576?
Additional question:
Why are "Format" and "Length" also changed (slightly) when comparing "Toolnix muxed" with "Avidemux muxed"?

Avidemux doesn't seem to retain any anamorphic aspect ratio when remuxing. It appears to be a bug.
The format/length difference may be because by default MKVToolNix saves statistic tags when muxing so MediaInfo shouldn't have to guess. That's the only logical reason I can think of for that one. What does MPC-HC say regarding the duration in the navigation bar? It uses MediaInfo to obtain some information. -
You can obtain ms durations from MPC-HC by right clicking on the status bar where the duration is displayed and selecting "high precision" (while a video is open). I'm not saying that'll guarantee it's always 100% accurate, but it'll display durations in hours, minutes, seconds and milliseconds.
