I am attempting to the use the VSDC Video Editor. I have upgraded to the Pro edition. I am trying to make simple videos for my YouTube channel - I have MP3s of antique 78 rpm records in my collection. When I insert one of the MP3s into a new project, it makes a very annoying click at the start of the audio. What do I need to do to get this to stop??

  2. If VSDC has a "remove DC" filter, use it. I see it has a "normalization" filter - try that, as normalization often includes DC removal.

If that does not help, you'll have to crossfade somehow.

Nope, didn't work. I can do a quick fade in and it sort of quiets it, but that might also leave out the beginning of some of my MP3s, too, especially a couple where there is a tiny bit of "studio chatter" on the record that is really quiet, but I want it to be heard. I haven't had that issue with iMovie in the past. But I want something to make these videos on my PC at home - and not be expensive.
