Hi!
I use DVD2SVCD 1.0.8 (b1) and Cinema Craft Encoder 2.5 SP to convert DVD in S-VCD PAL. I would like to use a Multi-Pass VBR mode, but while encoding, CCE says me: "The pictures you are trying to encode are not the same of the previous pass". Why? I have not changed any setting, and CCE says this with any movie. My CPU isn't overcloacked.
Another thing.
I need to fit Evolution, a 97Min. movie on 2 90Min. CD-R. So, I need to use VBR. What bitrate values can I use to fit 7 addictional minutes on the CD-R?
Thanks 4 yours helps!
Daniele Esposito.

Have you read the DVD2SVCD documentation? This is such a common problem that it was put in the FAQ.
Read question #27 here http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=21859
and #34 if it applies to you.
If your movie is 97 mins and you have an additional 7 mins then you have a total of 104 mins. Download a bitrate calculator from the tools section and calculate what bitrate to use to fit 104 mins onto two 90 min cdrs. This is all covered in the guides.
