New project: Massive video converting, embedding CC.

Hello Friends at videhelp.

First for all, thank you for accepting me in this community, I'm hoping to actively participate here .

I have a new project in my company, so I will describe what I have to do.

One of my customers asked me to do the following services:

1.- Proxy creation (from SD and HD material)
2.- SD > HD up-conversion (P-BOX)
3.- Transcoding from QuickTime to MXF HDCAM @35Mbps and 50Mbps
4.- Embedding of CC (.SCC) into a high-resolution file.

I am looking for a software that allows to do all of this things automatically if it's possible. I need to convert more or less 10 hours of video daily. I am buying the proper hardwdare too.


What you suggest?
