Tubedigger does not include vpn. However I am using a vpn ( I prefer not to name it, but it is common and well known) that has a yearly fee. This particular vpn works perfectly from the public library computers in my hometown. The vpn has a 3-day free trial, and since the computer hard drive is wiped clean after one hour's use, the vpn is free. I have tried many vpns on the public library computers, and only this one works. When the vpn is active, Tubedigger automatically goes through the vpn. The whole thing works perfectly. Only, I need to be able to download the video in the allotted one hour computer use time. That makes downloading large files (like over 500MB impossible).
