    How can I encode video with the codec id is "hev1"? I tried with ffmpeg and x265 but I couldn't. Sorry I made a typo in the thread's title.

    Why "couldn't" you? Post the command you used and the complete ffmpeg log. Maybe then we can help.

    Should be as simple as:
    ffmpeg -i "inputfile" -c:v libx265 "outputfile.mp4"
