    My Philips DVD recorder (3545V) gives me an error message- "That program is not allowed to be recorded" whenever I try to record (on DVD discs) Stargate Atlantis or Andromeda shows on channel 24.3 Comet TV. I use Broadcast TV, not cable, etc. That channel is tuned properly in the DVDR, and I have had no problem recording any other show on any other channel. I contacted Comet TV to see if they have put a block on recording their shows, but have not heard an answer yet. Anybody else have that problem, or knows how to fix it? Thanks.

    it's a copy protection thing. good luck trying to get comet tv to say anything.
