    I never had this problem before im trying to burn a SVCD, and when i do all i get is SCSI-TARGET ERROR!

    I'm using:
    WinXP
    Hp cd writer 9100 series
    memorex cd-rw 700mb 80min 10x

    my cd writer dont burn at 10x im usin 4x, and all im getting is that dam error if someone could help out would appericiate it thanks!

    Is your HP writer connected to a SCSI port or is it connected to the IDE cable? If it is connected to the IDE cable, then it is not a SCSI device and something has screwed up in Windows XP. Search previous posts. I remember a few days ago someone posted a similar problem and I think, a solution.
