I added an item to my iPod Nano, and it showed up under music. I decided to change the category to Podcast. It worked, but it wouldn't show up in the Podcast section in iTunes when the iPod was connected. So I had to go through all the hidden folders and delete it that way.

However, now it is stuck in the podcast section of the iPod itself. It takes up no space since it's been deleted, but it is very distracting. Is there a way to delete it, or do I have to completely wipe the iPod clean?
