The sample from your first post looks perfectly fine to me. I checked it using a couple of different players.

Stereo stuff is in the FL & FR channels, dialogue is in the centre channel (FC) and the surround channels have the distracting surround audio.
Maybe the problem is your editing program isn't importing the AAC version correctly.

no. cant. most times environment sounds behind the dialogs. if i set +12dB for my raw dialogs. environment sounds goes to invisible.
