  1. My original video is 23.976 (24000/1001) FPS but when I edited the video it shows up as 23.976 FPS in Mediainfo.

    For any software that makes a distinction (but shouldn’t), the difference is 0.0000239760 fps, or 1 frame every 11.5 hours. For some footage of say 2 hours, the difference is 0.17, rounded to 0 frames.
