Need a little help to get this right. It seem some people are able to get there TV wonder operational under Win XP. I've tried this on two different machines with no luck, but it will work under Win 98 on the same machines. The box its in now is a Pavillion 7935, 1.3 GhZ Athlon, 32 MB S3 integrated graphics and 384 MB ram. Have tried every BT848 driver I could get my hands on and still get the blue screen of death when installing the drivers. Neither ATI or HP are worth a damn when trying to solve an actual problem that takes more than a reboot. Any info would help. (I got sick of 98 locking up, thats why I "upgraded" to XP)

You might (or might not) find some useful info on the www.rage3d.com forums (very ATI-oriented).
As Churchill famously predicted when Chamberlain returned from Munich proclaiming peace in his time: "You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor, and you will have war." -
I recently built a new box with a clean install of xp oem then put my tv wonder ve in and didn't use any ati drivers. I used the installer out of btwdmdrvinstaller5.2.7.zip, sorry can't find the link atm, and so far the card has run under xp with no problems using virtual dub and dscaler. The system is a 1800+ on a k75sa w/ a stick of generic 512 ddr. Maybe its conflicting with the integrated video. taking a stab thats all.
